Chocolate Peanut Butter Oats.

August 16, 2020

For those days you just want to devour a king size pack of Reese’s cups. Try this first, you’ll thank yourself. I promise.

What You’ll Need

1/4 cup Old Fashioned Oats

1/2 cup Water

1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

Pinch of Salt

1 tbsp. Cocoa Powder

1 tbsp. Peanut Butter Powder

2 tbsp. Brown Sugar

Milk of your choice

Sliced Banana & Chocolate Chips for topping (Optional)

Instructions

  • Start with a small sauce pan. Turn heat to medium, add oats to pan. Stir until oats for about 1 minute. This will allow oats to ‘toast’, creating a deeper flavor.
  • Add water, vanilla extract, and small pinch of salt. Stir to combine. If oats are too thick, use milk to get your desired consistency.
  • Turn heat to lowest setting. Add cocoa powder, peanut butter powder, and brown sugar. Stir to combine. Add another splash of milk while stirring.
  • Allow oats to simmer for an additional 3-5 minutes. Stir frequently to prevent burning.
  • Pour into bowl, add sliced banana & your favorite chocolate chips to top it all off.
  • Enjoy!
