Hi, I’m Naya! I’m 25 years old, a two-time graduate of Hampton University, and a full-time consulting professional living in Greensboro, North Carolina.
Cooking is my passion, method of expression, and has always been my way of nurturing those around me. Growing up, my favorite thing to do was help out in the kitchen. It wasn’t long before I was able to take over! There’s something so warm, so therapeutic about creating a delicious meal.
As someone who has spent too much time trying to adopt a healthier lifestyle in all aspects, I’ve realized the importance of first understanding exactly what that means for me. In 2022, I completed Stanford University’s Food Sustainability, Mindful Eating, and Healthy Cooking Specialization. Health is the alignment of your mind, body, and soul. Nurture is my commitment to myself to always strive toward my best. Launching my personal chef business is how I’m sharing my journey and passion with others, in hopes that it blesses whoever needs it!
